This is the moment a driver held a fellow motorist in a headlock during a road rage brawl on a busy London street.
Footage shows a man dressed in a cream jumper confronting a motorist on Baker Street in Marylebone as hordes of drivers sat in standstill traffic on Sunday night.
The unidentified man could be seen leaning through the driver’s window before beginning to push him as bystanders looked on.
The shoving between the two became increasingly aggressive as the driver pushed the standing man back.
Then, the man wearing the cream jumper was seen firmly grabbing the motorist’s hand as cars moved along the road.
Other frustrated motorists beeped their horns, with one shouting, ‘c’mon guys, just go home.’
However, the feud between the two escalated further, with the driver emerging from the car and placing the other man into a headlock.
As the pair appeared to tussle on the floor, other drivers honked their horns, shouting ‘relax’, ‘stop’ and ‘just drop it’ as they wait for the chaos to end.

The duo briefly faced off with each other before returning to their respective vehicles as other motorists urged them ‘just [to] go home’.
Meanwhile, those on X jokingly compared the headlock to a ‘hug’ rather than anything aggressive.
‘That’s more of a hug than a headlock,’ one said, while another quipped: ‘I thought they were just trying to cuddle.’
An onlooker added: ‘That’s Top Gear meets Strictly Come Dancing. What a pathetic site.’
A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘On Sunday, 23 November at 18:08hrs police were called to reports of an assault on Marylebone Road, Westminster.
‘A 37-year-old man sustained minor injuries. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived on scene.
‘No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting CAD 5019/23NOV25.’
