The 15th edition of the European Sauna Marathon saw competitors in fancy dress take part in the bizarre competition to visit the most saunas in one day.
Braving the cold and ice, participants ran around the town of Otepaa in Estonia to enjoy as many saunas as possible in just five hours for a prize.
The participants were split into teams of four, with the victors being the group that had visited every designated sauna in the fastest time.
All members of the team must enjoy at least three minutes in each sauna for it to be counted, and there are also ‘secret saunas’, where each team has to guess the exact time spent in the sauna.
Bonus points are given for dips in ice holes and cold water pools.
There were also prizes handed out for the best fancy dress, with participants seen dressed in a wide range of characters, including the Teletubbies, Where’s Wally.= and Stitch
