She was once voted Tatler’s ‘most eligible single’ but Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece is officially off the market.
The model went public with her Argentinian businessman boyfriend, Martin Pacanowski, as Olympia shared snippets from her raucous 30th birthday celebrations on Instagram today.
King Charles’s goddaughter, who turned 30 on Saturday, was a vision in a grey dress with a scoop-back detail as she got up close and personal with her hotelier beau in a blink-and-you-miss-it clip taken during her lavish party.
The festivities seemingly included multiple yacht parties, a family dinner organised by Olympia’s parents, Crown Prince Pavlos and Princess Marie-Chantal, endless dancing, and two cakes.
However, Olympia also marked the milestone birthday with a personal landmark as she gave her followers a glimpse of the dashing Argentine she was first linked to in 2024.
Crown Prince Pavlos and Princess Marie-Chantal’s daughter seemingly kicked off the festivities with a glamorous get-together on a yacht as Olympia looked stunning in a tiny grey bikini in a photo posted by her father.
Olympia, who kept makeup to a minimum, looked sun-kissed in her swimsuit, which she paired with a pair of white linen shorts, as she posed alongside her proud parents.
Wine flowed freely as Olympia cut a chocolate cake while surrounded by her loved ones in another photo shared by Pavlos, who described his only daughter as ‘my sunshine’ in the caption.
The family, believed to be holidaying on the trendy island of Antiparos, then came together for a special dinner as a video shared by Marie-Chantal, 57, showed Olympia’s brothers, Achileas and Constantine Alexios, carefully carrying a giant cake decorated with raspberries.

Olympia blew out the candles as her guests – including Norwegian singer Peter Dundas – sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to the princess.
Marie-Chantal captioned the sweet clip: ‘Happy birthday, my beautiful. We love you.’
Other guests included photographer Alexia Mavrolleon and one of the princess’s long-term friends Evangeline.
Olympia was first linked to the dashing hotelier in March 2024, after her three-year relationship with aristocrat Peregrine Pearson ended.
At the time, The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden reported that Olympia and Martin have ‘known each other for a very long time and get on extremely well’ before the pair attended Greek shipping heiress Electra Niarchos’s 30th birthday party in Scotland last year.
The couple were reportedly inseparable at the party held at the historic Barnbougle Castle just outside Edinburgh, as the who’s who of British society partied the night away.
Ahead of her birthday, Olympia marked the beginning of ‘Leo season’, which runs from July 22 until August 21, with a stunning photo of her onboard the yacht.
Dressed in a chic black bikini, Olympia kept her signature blonde locks off her face with a printed blue bandana and wore little jewellery, except for a pair of dainty gold anklets.
It comes days after Olympia attended her cousin Princess Talita’s Mediterranean hen do in Sardinia.
Talita, 27, the granddaughter of billionaire fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and daughter of Prince Alexander von Fürstenberg, shared snaps from the girls’ trip on Instagram last week.

She and her friends wore matching white crop tops reading ‘La Dolce Talita’ – a play on ‘la dolce vita’ – printed with Aperol spritz glasses. Talita paired hers with hot pants hand-painted across the back with the same slogan.
The glamorous socialite – who is co-chairwoman of the Diane von Furstenberg brand – is engaged to Italian banking scion Rocco Brignone de Brabant, 25, founder of Laúd Tequila.
The couple, who have been together since 2018, got engaged last summer. Diane, 79, announced the news herself on Instagram, writing: ‘Talita and Rocco are ENGAGED!!! He proposed. She accepted!’
The Belgian-born designer, who built an empire on her ‘magic’ wrap dress, is a Forbes-listed billionaire whose fortune has been estimated at around $1.2 billion.
Her husband – Talita’s step-grandfather – is media mogul Barry Diller, the IAC and Expedia chairman valued by Forbes at $5.3 billion, making him one of the richest people in the world.
One photo from Talita’s hen do shows the bride-to-be raising an Aperol spritz to the camera in an orange bandana aboard the wood-panelled yacht. On a separate occasion, she posed in a white crochet bikini and straw hat by the sea.
Princess Olympia, who grew up in London, shared a photo of the pair sitting on the edge of the yacht in their matching hen do outfits.
The cousins have holidayed together for years, and Olympia was among the first to congratulate Talita on her engagement, commenting on social media at the time: ‘LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH !!!!!’
Family is of central importance to the Greek royal family and Olympia enjoys a close relationship with her parents.
Prince Pavlos, whose late father King Constantine reigned until the Greek monarchy was abolished in 1973, has described her as his ‘firecracker daughter’. Meanwhile, she is said to FaceTime her mother every day.
Olympia was born in New York City, but relocated to London with her parents and four younger brothers and spent most of her childhood in the UK.
The family continue to use their royal titles and are very close to the British monarchy.
