Two rival sex festivals are set to share a field on the same weekend, but the double-booking could cause chaos due to differences in attitudes on filming.
OnlyFest, an OnlyFans festival, is set to share a field with Swingathon, a sex and fetish festival, between July 17 and 20.
Fans will have to choose between the festivals as both are separate events, meaning those with tickets to OnlyFest will not be able to go across to Swingathon without a separate ticket.
The collision of worlds is likely to cause issues as Swingathon rules state that the use of cameras and recording devices is prohibited, while OnlyFest actively encourages the use of filming cameras.
Mixing between the two festivals will be strictly monitored, organisers have said as they warned that anyone switching festivals must adhere to the rules.
The X-rated Swingathon festival features ‘play tents’, pole dancing, hot tubs, foam parties, mobile dungeons and butt-plug bingo.
Photographs from Swingathon’s social media in 2024 showed tents filled with elaborate sex toys such as whips and chains which festivalgoers can browse and purchase.
Irate residents have complained to police about ‘screaming and moaning’ coming from the countryside site keeping them up at night in previous years.
Meanwhile OnlyFest describes itself as the only outdoor festival for content creators.

The website for Only Fest says: ‘We know how hard it can be for some creators to get fresh content or meet other creators, so we have created a platform for just that.
‘We want you to be free to be who you are , meet like minded people without judgment and above all have an amazing time.
‘We want this to grow year on year and be the one ticket creators look to buying each year.’
The two festivals were not planned to coincide, however a scheduling issue has now caused the venue to become double-booked with the sex festivals.
Swingathon issued a statement warning fans about the change.
A spokesperson for Swingathon said: ‘Originally SwingathonUK and OnlyfestUK was due to run separately on two consecutive weekends, however due to reasons out of our control both festivals wil now run on the same weekend on the 17th – 20th July 2025.
‘However, this year OnlyFest UK is now under a new team of management – Thirteen events.
‘We can ensure the team are extremely diligent and the running of OnlyFest UK will be managed to a higher standard of care and will run alongside Swingathon in a more managed and controlled manner.

‘Onlyfest attendees can enter Swingathon adhering to Swingathon rules ad regulations.

Last year, numbers for Swingathon doubled from 500 to 1,000 with organisers promising it will be ‘bigger, bolder, better’.
The event was given the go ahead despite objections being raised by South Kesteven District Council licensing committee and Lincolnshire Police – who cited prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protecting children from harm as reasons to take issue with the festival.
Allington’s community website describes the village as ‘a charming village situated on the edge of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir’, adding: ‘Our community is lively and welcoming.’
A Swingathon spokesperson said: ‘The two festivals are owned and run by the same people. Onlyfest will be run alongside Swingathon. There is no conflict.’
