This is the dramatic moment armed police arrested a drug-crazed killer just minutes after he went on a random stabbing spree, which left one dead and two wounded.

Antonio Tibere, 25, has been jailed for life for his booze-fueled 3am rampage that took place just three days before Christmas last year.

Tibere prowled the streets of Birmingham with a knife in his hand, first stabbing a 26-year-old woman, before killing 35-year-old father Krystian Debski minutes later and then injuring second man, aged 50.

He also threatened another man with his large knife but the terrified passerby fled before being attacked.

Following the three stabbings, Tibere livestreamed himself on Facebook where he delivered the chilling warning: ‘I will kill anyone who comes across me.’

Bodycam footage shows Tibere being bundled to the ground 15 minutes after the first attack where he is handcuffed next to the blood-stained knife.

An officer is heard telling his colleague on the radio: ‘It’s an 8inch blade and it’s covered in blood.’

Tibere, of Wattville Road, West Bromwich, pleaded guilty to murder and admitted two charges of attempted murder. He also admitted possessing a bladed article and possessing cocaine.

Last Thursday he was jailed for life at Woolwich Crown Court and ordered to spend at least 30 years in prison.

His two surviving victims were left with life-changing injuries following the random attacks.

The Facebook Live was crucial evidence along with DNA taken from Tibere’s knife which linked him to the three victims.

CCTV footage also proved to be vital as it captured his movements and all three attacks.

It showed the horrifying moment the knife-wielding killer walked towards a woman on Soho Road, Handworth, shortly before 3am as she desperately tried to back away.

The court heard that seconds earlier, the young woman had asked Tibere, from West Bromwich, for a cigarette before he revealed his blade and lunged at her, slashing towards her face as she fell to the floor.

The woman managed to escape and Tibere then continued with his rampage, this time attacking ‘loving father’ Mr Debski.

Tibere plunged the knife into Mr Debski’s chest just once but with such force it penetrated the 35-year-old’s rib and cut the pulmonary artery, causing him to collapse to the ground.

Detective Inspector Nick Barnes, from Homicide Management, who headed the investigation said: ‘This was a series of vicious and unprovoked attacks on innocent members of the public.

‘Tragically Mr Debski lost his life as a result of being stabbed. Two other people also suffered life changing injuries.

‘The family of Mr Debski are still coming to terms with the appalling events from 22 December last year.

‘They are finding it difficult to comprehend through the sheer randomness of the attack.

‘Although this kind of random attack is rare it is yet another devastating example of the consequences of carrying knives in public places.

‘My thoughts remain with the family and friends of Mr Debski and the two other victims who will always have to live with what happened on that dreadful night.’
