Kelly Brook was left gagging and with tears streaming down her face as she took on one of I’m A Celeb’s notorious eating challenges with Vogue Williams.
In shocking first-look images from Wednesday night’s episode, the former glamour model, 46, looks like she is about to be sick as she spits out a pig’s brain in stomach-turning scenes.
The pair were taking part in a ‘Rivals’ challenge, with Declan Donnelly declaring: ‘The first celebrity to eat the entire pig’s brain will be declared the winner.’
The celebs looked sick before they even attempted to eat the brain and their watching campmates were so horrified that Eddie Kadi buried his face in his hands.
Despite the disgusting appearance of the brain, Kelly and Vogue immediately began eating after the klaxon sounded, but within seconds, Kelly retched.

TV personality and podcaster Vogue, 40, however, managed to stomach the brain a little longer and looked like she was concentrating intently as she prepared to swallow it.
Ant said: ‘Vogue’s really gone for this.’
But even she couldn’t help but retch at what she was eating and it wasn’t long before the celebs were retching in unison.
Ant stressed: ‘You’ve got to keep it down to win.’
Despite their stomachs clearly rejecting the brain, the pair continued to attempt to eat it and it wasn’t long before Kelly began to tear up in revulsion.
Vogue, meanwhile, looked like she was physically shaking as she did her best to tackle the brain.
Dec admitted: ‘Kelly is struggling’ before the camera cut to Tom Read Wilson who was simply staring on in open-mouthed horror.

The stomach-churning first-look images come after Kelly Brook’s husband Jeremy Parisi touched down in Australia as he leads the arrivals of friends and family jetting in to support this year’s I’m A Celebrity campmates.
The Italian hunk, 40, was pictured at Brisbane Airport on Tuesday after making the 10,000 mile journey to the other side of the world.
Jeremy sported a casual figure as he walked through the arrivals hall, donning a muscle white t-shirt with jeans and a black leather jacket.
He appeared to be in good spirits despite the long flight to the jungle.
He is joined by his sister Melanie who made the trip to support her sister-in-law.
Tom Read Wilson’s mother Juliette Cheeseman was also snapped making her way through arrivals at the airport.

She boasted a big smile as she pushed her luggage whilst answering questions from gathered reporters and photographers.
An I’m A Celebrity camera crew could also be seen greeting friends and family, presumably filming behind-the-scenes content for its annual Coming Out special that airs after the series has wrapped.
Speaking to the Daily Mail at the airport, Jeremy said he will take Jack Osbourne out to dinner and played down his jungle feud with Kelly.
He said: ‘There’s no drama.
‘I have no take on it because to be honest, people like to speak about drama that doesn’t really exist.
‘Jack is a lovely guy, I love him and his family, I think they are amazing.’
In recent days, the relationship between Kelly and Jack has appeared to become increasingly tense amid their feud – which even saw his sister Kelly Osbourne accuse the model of being a ‘bully’.
On Kelly Osbourne’s comments in particular, Jeremy said: ‘She said she “think” [Kelly’s a bully] so it’s not a problem at all and after the show, we will all go to dinner together, so don’t worry about it, all good, there’s no drama.’

Clashing over the cooking Kelly accused Jack of ‘elbowing’ her aside in order to gut the fish while the pair also clashed when Jack criticised her potato slicing.
Speaking before flying to Australia, Jeremy weighed into the Kelly and Jack feud.
He admitted he has found himself in Jack’s position ‘many times’ but knows Kelly just wants the best for the campmates.
He told The Sun: ‘Kelly is the head chef in our house and is such a talented cook. I’ve been in Jack’s position many times and know she will have just wanted the campmates to eat the best meal possible.’
He explained that she is a ‘perfectionist’ and cooking is her love language, therefore she will be enjoying that role in camp.
Jeremy also admitted he is a ‘very lucky man’ after Kelly made her debut in the jungle shower earlier this week.
