The 2025 cast of I’m A Celebrity have revealed their biggest fears as they prepare to head into the jungle.

The show, fronted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, kicks off on Sunday, with the stars pictured arriving in Australia.

ITV shared a teaser of the glamorous line-up on Monday, with the celebrities confiding what they are most fearful of as they count down their final days of living in luxury.

Lisa Riley, 49, told the camera: ‘Rats fill me with absolute dread. But cockroaches, well if they’re everywhere and going in my ears or other orifices.

‘I don’t want to go back to England with a cockroach where it shouldn’t be’.

Kelly Brook, 45, previously vowed to never take part in I’m A Celebrity but had changed her mind after being inspired by her husband Jeremy Parisi.

She said: ‘I didn’t think it was ever in me to do the challenges and Bushtucker Trials. But since I have been with my husband, we have done a few things that I’ve surprised myself by. We did Race Across the World, and I ran the London marathon this year – two things I never thought I had in me.

‘I’m such a fan of the show that I thought, “Maybe I could do it, maybe I could cope.” I won’t know unless I try and so I am going to throw myself into it.’

‘Heights, however, could be a major hurdle for Kelly as she admits she even hates escalators. ‘I am terrified of escalators, especially really steep ones’, she said.

Meanwhile influencer AngryGinge, 23, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, said: ‘If there’s a tarantula on my head, I’m off’, whereas comedian Eddie Kadi shuddered at the thoughts of coming face to face with snakes.

Aitch didn’t want to reveal his fears in case ITV bosses plotted to use the information against him in the Bushtucker Trials.

Ruby Wax, 72, said: ‘I don’t know what to expect until I’m there. Then I might have a heart attack. If you threw me out of a helicopter, I might s**t myself.’

The comedian was the sixth contestant to land in Australia.

She told the Daily Mail: ‘I don’t mind about camping, I’ve been on desert islands before, I did a show where I had to live alone for 10 days, so this is nothing.

‘It’s the people, that is exciting, to pick them apart and find out what makes them so interesting.’

Ruby said she wouldn’t miss much about home in the UK apart from her cats and said: ‘This is the weirdest thing I have ever done.

‘What if you don’t like the people, but I usually do get on with people, if I don’t it shows on my face.’

Former Lioness Alex Scott claimed she wasn’t scared of anything as she joked: ‘I worked in Arsenal’s laundry. I cleaned Ian Wright’s pants’.

The Arsenal and England professional footballer, 41, earned 140 caps for her country before retiring to football punditry.

Alex said her partner, singer Jess Glynne, thinks she is ‘absolutely mental’ for signing up for the show.

She added: ‘I will need to push myself to speak out around all of the different and big personalities. Not going into myself for being the shy one will be my big challenge.

‘People see you on TV and they assume you are outgoing, that loud person but take me to red carpets or events and I am the one in the corner going, “talk to me, please give me a plus one so I don’t have to be that person who walks in on my own.” It’s going to be a challenge.’

Meanwhile, Jack Osbourne, 40, revealed his mother Sharon advised him not to reveal what he is afraid of, so as to avoid facing it while on the show.

Irish TV personality, Vogue Williams, and beloved Celebs Go Dating receptionist, Tom Read Wilson, have been confirmed as the late entries to this year’s I’m A Celeb.

Each year, two contestants enter a week later than the first batch of 10 celebrities and typically have to complete their own task before joining the rest of the camp.

I’m A Celebrity starts Sunday at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.
