Emotions ran high during Sunday night’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! as some of the campmates received coveted letters from home. 

An earlier challenge determined which celebrities would get the chance to hear from their loved ones, with Jack Osbourne being the only one to miss out.

Shona read Vogue Williams’s letter from her husband Spencer Matthews, who is currently taking part in seven full iron triathlons across seven continents in 21 days, meaning he’s been unable to fly out to Australia in preparation for her exit this week.

It read: ‘My darling Vogue, the kids and I are so unbelievably proud of you. Watching you take on the jungle with courage, humour and heart, fills us with admiration. 

‘You’ve always had this incredible ability to light up any room you walk into and we’re delighted seeing you do the same out there’. 

A visibly emotional Vogue, 37, put her head in her hands and wept as Shona continued to read Spencer’s letter.

‘Keep being you, we’re all behind you cheering you on, we’re all counting down the days until we can wrap our arms around you again.’

He signed off: ‘We all adore you, Spenner.’

Later, Vogue took herself to the bush telegraph and tearfully, let out a big sigh.

She said: ‘I just really miss my kids and miss my husband and everybody at home, so I’m just so happy that they got the letter.’

Vogue and Spencer, 40, share three children, a son Theodore, six, daughter Gigi, five, and a son Otto, three.

The former Made In Chelsea star and Irish TV personality first met on reality show The Jump in 2017.

However with the eliminations taking place now, Spencer won’t be meeting Vogue on the famous bridge Down Under and instead her manager Louisa McDonald has arrived in Australia to support her ahead of her looming exit.

Spencer is continuing his mission to complete seven full Ironman triathlons on seven continents in just 21 days.   

It read that he and kids were ‘unbelievably proud’ and watching her take on the jungle with courage, humour and heart filled them with ‘admiration’

An earlier ‘Blender Defender’ challenge determined which celebrities would get the chance to hear from their loved ones as the celebs were split into groups and had to answer questions on their fellow campmates

It was a process of elimination and if they got it wrong, the letter would be blended up – unfortunately Jack Osbourne was the only one to miss out

As everybody’s letters were read out, an emotional Vogue put her head in her hands and wept when she heard from Spencer

Elsewhere on Sunday night’s show, Eddie Kadi become the second contestant to be voted out of the jungle after he found himself in the bottom two alongside model Vogue

On Saturday it was revealed he had completed the sixth leg of his gruelling challenge in Rio, and will now travel to the last and most treacherous continent of all, Antarctica.   

Elsewhere on Sunday night’s show, Eddie Kadi become the second contestant to be voted out of the jungle.

The funnyman, 42, found himself in the bottom two alongside model Vogue before hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly announced it was he who had received the fewest votes and would be leaving camp. 

Fans were gutted by the decision, claiming Eddie was one of the most ‘underrated’ campmates and Vogue or Kelly Brook should have received the boot instead.

FAMOUS FOR: Martin is arguably best known for being part of 70s band Spandau Ballet, as well as playing Steve Owen in EastEnders. His son is Roman Kemp and is married to Shirlie Holliman. 

 

LISA RILEY 

Lisa is a well known actress in the UK, but is best known for being Mandy Dingle

OCCUPATION: Actress 

FAMOUS FOR:  Lisa has played a number of roles over the years, but is best known for playing Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale. She took on the role in 1995.  

 

JACK OSBOURNE 

Jack is no stranger to the cameras after starring in various reality shows with his family

Aitch is best known for his singing talents, but will he be able to bring home some stars?

FAMOUS FOR: Aitch’s real name is Harrison James Armstrong. He shot to fame in 2018 with his song Straight Rhymez. 11 of his songs have reached the top 10 singles chart, including Taste (Make It Shake).

AngryGinge is a Twitch and YouTube star that many young viewers will know 

 AGE: 23

OCCUPATION: Social media star

FAMOUS FOR: AngryGinge is best known for his Twitch and YouTube content that is focused on football. His real name Morgan Burtwistle. 

 

TOM READ WILSON 

He has a wonderful way with words but that won’t help him in a Bushtucker Trial

AGE:39

OCCUPATION: TV personality

FAMOUS FOR: Tom is best known for his work on E4’s Celebs Go Dating. As the agency’s receptionist he’s always on hand to give advice to the unlucky-in-love celebrities.
