Kate Moss saved herself from a fashion week fall on Tuesday night as she arrived for the Saint Laurent Paris Fashion Week show.

The runway icon, 52, was one of the VIP front row guests for the surprise menswear presentation in the French capital.

But her grand entrance was almost ruined by two ‘rude’ men who walked in front of her.

A video shows Kate walking over to have her photo taken by the photographer pool gathered outside, before two men nearly knock her off balance when they cut in front.

Ever the pro, the model managed to stay standing on her sky-high heels before breaking out her best poses for the cameras.

Fans rushed to criticise the ‘rude’ men and praise Kate with one commenting on the post: ‘To trample Kate Moss 2x is outrageous! Lucky she has great reflexes in 4 inch heels.’

‘Who are these rude men?! No manners! Where are the gentlemen,’ wrote another outraged fan. 

Kate commanded attention as she took her seat on the front row in a silk lace camisole and a leather skirt which showed off her long legs with its central split.

Wrapped up in a plush furry coat, she complemented the look with sheer tights and black heels. 

The Haute Couture Week – which runs until Thursday – features 29 brands on the official calendar, including highly anticipated debut collections from new creative directors.

Earlier this month, Kate celebrated her 52nd birthday.

And after years of hard partying, cigarettes and alcohol she is looking younger than ever having adopted a well-thought-out health and wellness regime over the course of her thirty years in the industry. 

Over the years, Kate has given an insight into how she stays looking so good, revealing her tips and tricks for maintaining her youthful look. 

She told Net A Porter: ‘I stay hydrated on the flight and try to eat only light foods. I find adapting to the new time zone as soon as I arrive is helpful, so I try to stay up until my usual bedtime.

‘I’ve recently undergone red-light LED therapy and use the Talika Time Control + device. It’s great, as it’s small and easy to travel with, and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin. I have rose quartz and jade gua sha tools that I use, too.’

Other beauty tips favoured by Kate include dunking her face in iced water and depuffing her eyes with cucumber slices.
