This former ITV star was one of the most famous faces on morning tele and was once considered a national treasure as he was the face of many hit daytime shows.

While no longer appearing on ITV, the Northern-irish broadcaster has remained in the public eye as his love-life has been heavily criticised over the past 12 months. 

He and his estranged wife were one of the most beloved couples on TV until their marriage collapsed. 

The journalist, who has presented This Morning and GMTV, is the middle child to four other brothers and is a father himself to four children. 

Sharing a throwback family photo, the journalist asked their 792,000 followers if they could pinpoint which of the little children was him.

The current GBNews star, now 65 years old, shared a sweet picture to his Instagram showing himself as a little toddler stood next to his mum.

In the black-and-white snap, Eamonn can be seen posing with his parents and two brothers as they enjoy a day out to Santa’s Grotto.

The presenter, six years old when the picture was taken, can be seen dressed in a winter coat and mittens as he holds onto a present. 

Behind him is his late mother Josie, who is dressed in a trench coat and clutches a large handbag. 

Josie passed away in November, 2022 and Eamonn at the time expressed his sadness after he was unable to attend her funeral due to his own health woes.  

Standing alongside the presenter is his younger brother Brian, 13-months his junior nd five years old at the time.

Their father Leonard, who passed aged 65 in 1991 while driving home from a trip to his caravan in Ballycastle, is also present in the festive family photo.

Next to Leonard is one of Eamonn and Brian’s three older brothers, Leonard, Conor and Colm, although it is unknown which.

Now he has been dating counsellor Katie Alexander, 42, of late, with the pair enjoying a variety of luxury holidays and glamorous public appearances together. 

The presenter and his new girlfriend first exchanged flirty messages on social media in 2012 according The Sun.

The TV host and relationship therapist were both married at the time and the messages initially included her then husband George.
