The thugs pelted a car and a home in Billingham, County Durham, narrowly avoiding an old woman who was passing by.
A shocking video shows the three louts arriving on one moped outside the Atwick Close property on October 30 before attacking it with bricks.
Cleveland Police has now released CCTV footage of the incident in a bid to identify the masked thugs.
Officers received a report that a rear car window had been smashed by three males on a moped before they returned to the address to throw bricks at the property windows.
All three males were wearing dark clothing and balaclavas; one of the males is described as larger build and wearing shorts.
All three then made off on the moped.
The criminal damage happened on Wednesday, October 30 at around 2.30pm.

Anyone who may know the identity of the males on the moped is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number 208055.
It comes amid a surge in moped-related crimes over recent years.

The London police force has managed to reduce the spate of moped crimes that hit the capital over the last decade, but believe the faster and lighter motorbikes will allow them to catch more thieves.
Chief Inspector Jim Corbett, from the Met’s Operation Venice team, said: ‘Although my officers have, and continue, to reduce moped-enabled crime, we are not complacent and know that offenders still believe that they can evade capture when they are on their mopeds.
