This is the moment a driver smashed up another motorist’s car with a baseball bat in a ‘road rage’ attack.
The ordeal happened as the two drivers had a coming together outside the Castlepoint shopping centre in Bournemouth, Dorset.
It was witnessed by several bystanders who can be heard screaming out during the altercation.
Footage shows a man swinging the bat with such force it shatters the passenger windows and front windscreen of the silver Vauxhall Astra estate.
Still wielding the weapon, the attacker then squares up to the other driver who backs away.
A large brown dog can be seen exiting the van in the melee before the owner retrieves it.
Police said they are investigating the incident which left one man injured at about 3.55pm on Saturday. The injured man did not require hospital treatment.

The person who took the video, who wishes to remain anonymous, said: ‘There was a lot of honking and yelling so I looked out of my flat window.
‘I saw a man out of the van so I started recording and he smashed the windshield and back passenger window of another car with a baseball bat.
‘It was a shocking, crazy scene, and at one point a dog got out the van.
‘They were heading in the same direction so the drivers got back in their cars and when police came round they told me there was a chase afterwards.
‘Whatever had caused the incident I don’t think it was a reasonable reaction.
‘Unfortunately, I’ve lived here all my life and things like this are getting quite normal in Bournemouth.’
Another eye-witness said on social media that the confrontation was followed by a car chase across a roundabout and over verges.
He said: ‘Just had front row seats to some PROPER MAD ROAD RAGE!
