Sickening footage captured the moment a 270-pound Ohio woman slammed an 11-year-old girl into a playground swing set.
Destany Scott, 20, was allegedly seen in footage filmed by a stunned onlooker pummeling the victim, who is not named, and repeatedly striking her in the head at a playground in Canton, Ohio.
‘Now what,’ the hulking attacker was heard saying in the footage, as the child meekly said ‘stop, stop.’
Scott targeted the child with a ‘metal portion of the slide’, an arrest report with the Canton Police Department said, alleging that Scott then told the victim’s mother Paige Dishong she ‘hopes her daughter dies.’
Dishong told 19News that she was horrified by the incident, saying: ‘Destany is 270 pounds … My daughter is 110 pounds. She could have killed her.’
The mother said she was also appalled to see the Canton Police Department only charged Scott with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct, which Dishong branded ‘ridiculous.’
‘There should definitely be a lot more done about this than a misdemeanor or assault and disorderly conduct,’ she said.
Police said the incident unfolded after Scott and Dishong’s child had some form of argument at the playground, although it is unclear what exactly caused the aggressive response from the 20-year-old.

Officers arrived to find Dishong in a blazing confrontation with Scott, and the horrified mother is facing charges of her own after reportedly lunging at Scott as she was arrested.
Dishong was in court this week on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing official business, where she pleaded not guilty.
She told 19News that she was shocked by the police’s response, saying officers ‘didn’t give any protection to my child.’
In response to the charges, Dishong said she lunged for her daughter’s attacker after Scott told her that she hoped her daughter would die due as a result of the playground beating.
Although cops said the incident came after an argument, Dishong’s 11-year-old said she was launched upon out of the blue.

‘The girl ran up behind me,’ she said.
‘She grabbed me by my hair, and threw me up against the ground.’
Dishong said her daughter is now terrified to go back to the playground.
The mother reportedly pleaded not guilty at her arraignment on Tuesday, and is due back in court for pretrial hearings next week, reports Law and Crime.
