Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are getting to dive into the next chapter of their lives as the construction of their lavish waterfront mansion on Miami’s most exclusive island nears completion.

The former White House senior advisers purchased the $24 million fixer-upper on Indian Creek Island — best known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ thanks to its celebrity residents — after moving to Florida in January 2021.

Ivanka, 41, and Jared, 42, have spent more than a year renovating the 1.3-acre estate overlooking Biscayne Bay, and it looks like their dream home is almost ready.

The couple scooped up the palatial property a few months after they left Washington, D.C. with their three children, Arabella, 12, Joseph, nine, and Theodore, seven.

The mansion boasts six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as lush landscaping, reflective pools, and a large dock.

They were spotted checking on the construction last week — days after the arrest of her father, former President Donald Trump, and the release of his historic mugshot from Fulton County jail in Georgia.

Ivanka wore a sporty black T-shirt and matching leggings, which she paired with pink and black sneakers.

Her long blonde hair was pulled back, and she shielded her eyes from the Florida sunshine with a white baseball cap and mirrored sunglasses.

Jared, meanwhile, had on a white pocket T-shirt, jeans, dark shades, and his beloved gray New Balance sneakers.

They were smiling and conversing with both each other and those on-site about arrangements for the outdoor area of the nearly complete mansion.

Even though the couple has yet to move in, they took advantage of their home’s stunning exterior and posed for outdoor portraits with their children earlier this year.

The property also featured a large family and screening room, a wood-paneled office, a large gym, and a huge master bedroom with two full bathrooms.

The building is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami-Dade County, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.

Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York in January 2021 — the same month that they moved into the condominium.

They got a new landlord earlier this year when the 7,000-square-foot unit was sold for $17 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The mother of three announced last November that she was focusing on her family and would not be a part of her father’s 2024 White House bid.
