According to local police, they were informed of a violent brawl last Saturday evening, but those involved in the scuffle had fled by the time officers arrived at the scene.
However, officers later located two of the suspects just 200 meters from the site.
One of them, an 18-year-old Cuban male, reportedly had a severe head wound and multiple injuries to his limbs. His companion, who is said to be a 32-year-old Colombian man, also had visible injuries, Canarian Weekly reported.
The two men claimed that they had been attacked by three other men, one of them armed with a knife.

Another rock is thrown as the beach brawl continues. Four men were detained for their involvement in the fight. They were all injured. One man, an 18-year-old Cuban national, said that he had been receiving death threats from the aggressors, who had allegedly attempted to break into his home the night before the fight
Police later confirmed that they discovered a large knife at the scene of the brawl.
Another suspect, a 31-year-old man from Argentina, was arrested at the beach.
He reportedly had a stab wound to his face which was caused by a screwdriver.
All injured parties received medical attention for the injuries from the fight at Los Cristianos Health Centre, but according to local outlet Sol del Sur Tenerife, their aggressive behaviour made it difficult for medical staff to tend to their wounds.
The Cuban mad claimed that he had received death threats from the same aggressors who had allegedly attempted to break into his home the night before the altercation.
The Argentinian man now faces charges of public disorder, threats and bodily harm.
Meanwhile, the Colombian and Cuban men face similar charges, with the addition of attempted homicide.
A further 32-year-old supsect has since been arrested on the same charges.
The detainees currently remain in custody as they await judicial proceedings.
