This is the horrifying moment a driver ‘deliberately’ mowed down a man riding an electric bike near a children’s playground.
The blood curdling incident shows the motorist closely pursuing the cyclist before he ran him over.
The driver shamelessly filmed himself ploughing over the helpless rider, whilst driving over twice the speed limit on Alexander Street in Dundee last week.
In the short and terrifying clip, the e-bike rider can be seen travelling from the pavement then onto the road.
The motorist at the helm of the Renault speeds on the wrong side of the road towards the cyclist.

Following the incident near a playground in Dundee last week, a man was transported to Ninewells Hospital to be treated
Mere seconds later he thrusts into him at around 60 miles per hour, then the helpless rider falls underneath with the vehicle thudding over him.
The footage then flits to another person’s point of vue which shows the several police officers at the scene, which was sectioned off by authorities.
Ambulance crews alongside police attended the scene, where the one man was taken to Ninewells Hospital to be treated.
The disturbing clip was published on X (formerly Twitter) yesterday evening and has shocked hundreds of thousands online.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: ‘Around 9:20pm on Wednesday, police received reports of a disturbance on Alexander Street near its junction with James Street, Dundee.
‘Officers attended and a 31-year-old man was found beside an electric scooter with serious injuries.
‘He was conveyed to Ninewells Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries, this is being investigated as a deliberate and contained incident with no threat to the wider public.
‘Inquiries to establish the full circumstances remain ongoing.’
Police Scotland have requested for anyone with information to contact them by calling 101, and quoting 3971 of May 12 2024.
They also advised to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: ‘We received a call at 21:35 on Wednesday 12 June to attend a road traffic collision on Alexander Street, Dundee.
‘We dispatched two ambulances to the scene and one patient was transported to Ninewells Hospital.’
