Shocking new video of 90210 star Ian Ziering’s street brawl shows how bikers smashed the windshield of his SUV with their helmets while his 10-year-old daughter was still inside.

The footage shows a new angle on the horrific attack, which took place on LA’s Hollywood Boulevard on Sunday.

The altercation began after one of the bikers ‘aggressively’ approached the actor’s $100,000 Mercedes, according to Ziering.

He was filmed being punched and kicked by the group of mini-bike riders, before landing several blows of his own and then fleeing to the safety of the street.

Now new video shows how the bikers shattered the SUV’s windshield as Ziering faced off against his attackers, while his terrified daughter Penna was alone inside.

The video shows a member of the group slamming their helmet down at least twice on Ziering’s Mercedes SUV shattering its windshield

Ian Ziering spoke out after he was involved in a shocking daytime brawl with a band of mini-bike riders in Hollywood on New Year’s Eve 

The video shows the car surrounded by the mob before one aggressively kicks the vehicle’s wing mirror.

Another member of the gang then approaches the SUV before slamming his helmet down at least twice and splintering the windshield.

As the group get back on their bikes, stunned bystanders rush to the vehicle forming a protective ring around it.

Another clip shows Ziering being pursued across the road by his attackers. 

As he runs, one of the gang launches himself on his back and clings to him by the neck as he tries to break free.

Shocking footage of the aftermath shows the extent of damage to the vehicle, which has had its windshield almost caved in.

In the background concerned onlookers can be heard urging Ziering to pull over so they can call 911 and offering up video of the incident.

Additional footage from the scene showed the Ziering was first to make the confrontation physical by getting out of his vehicle and shoving one of the bikers.

 Shortly after the incident, Ziering took to social media to speak out about the attack.

‘While stuck in traffic, my car was approached aggressively by one of these riders leading to an unsettling confrontation,’ he began.

‘In an attempt to assess any damage I exited my car. This action, unfortunately, escalated into a physical altercation, which I navigated to protect myself.’

‘I am relieved to report that my daughter and I are both completely unscathed, but the incident has left me deeply concerned about the growing boldness of such groups who disrupt public safety and peace,’ Ziering added on Instagram.

‘This situation highlights a larger issue of hooliganism on our streets and the need for effective law enforcement responses to such behavior.’

‘As a citizen and a parent, I find it unacceptable that groups can freely engage in this kind of behavior, causing fear and chaos, while the response from authorities seems insufficient,’ he continued, before urging law enforcement to ‘take decisive action.’

‘I have always been an advocate for standing up against intimidation and misconduct, and this incident reinforces my belief in the importance of personal and community safety.’

He concluded: ‘I am thankful for the support of my family, friends, and fans during this time.

Ziering later confirmed he and his daughter were ‘completely unscathed’ in a post on Instagram where he denounced ‘hooliganism’ on the streets of LA

One of his side-view mirrors on the car was also left shattered following the violent incident

Ziering shares equal custody of Penna, as well as 12-year-old daughter Mia, with ex-wife Erin Ludwig. The former couple wed in 2010, separated in 2019, with their divorce finalized in 2022.

Ludwig stated in an Instagram post that she would not be commenting on the incident to protect her daughter’s privacy.

LAPD said there were yet to be any arrests made in connection to the incident.
