Surprising new polls have revealed if Democrats actually want Kamala Harris to become president as Biden’s campaign implodes and his popularity amongst the left dwindles. 

A poll found that around six in 10 Democrats think that Vice President Harris would do well if Biden stepped aside and she was president herself.

Polling, which was conducted by the AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, determined that a majority of Democrats believe the country would be in good hands if Harris took over. 

Approximately 58 percent of Democrats think Harris would make a good president – while 22 percent think she would not and 20 percent ‘do not know enough to say’.

This is compared to the 30 percent of the general public that think Harris would make a good President and a staggering 87 percent of Republicans who said she would NOT make a good president.

The bombshell survey comes as more and more Democrats are speaking out against Biden, 81, and encouraging the president to drop out of the race. 

A growing list of Democrats from the House and Senate have called for Biden to drop out of the presidential election.  

Some are even discussing a possible ‘loophole’ that can be used to boot Biden out of the presidential race of he refuses to drop out.

Delegates at the Democratic National Convention are toying with the options they face if, by the time of the August convention, Biden has not yet stepped aside or dropped out of the race entirely.

Politicians are considering a ‘good-conscience loophole’ that would enable them to vote for a new candidate.

DNC delegate and political scientist Elaine Kamarck spoke with fellow delegates on Friday morning on a zoom call.

She briefed them on the ‘loophole’ – which would let them drop Biden if they do not have a ‘good conscience’ about their pledged choice determined by primaries and caucuses.

Earlier this week, Biden revealed the one reason that would make him drop out of the presidential race. 

He said it would take his doctor telling him directly that he had a medical condition that made that necessary.

‘If I had some medical condition that emerged, if somebody, if doctors came to me and said, you got this problem and that problem,’ Biden said in an interview with BET news.

Days later, Biden was diagnosed with COVID after he took a test on Wednesday when he started getting a runny nose and a cough.

Later, he gingerly boarded Air Force One, using the shorter of the two sets of stairs, for the flight home.
