TikTok is the perfect place for meal prep inspiration – no matter what your culinary abilities are.

Over the years, quick and easy recipes like Finnish blogger Jenni Hayrinen’s baked feta pasta or Jen Jones’ air-fried banana split have gone viral on the platform – and now Australian influencer Anna Paul is serving up a Turkish twist on pasta that users can’t get enough of.

Inspired by a Central Asian dish called Manti, which is a type of dumpling, Anna’s timesaver dinner has accumulated a cult-like following – with some people declaring it is the ‘best pasta’ they have ever eaten.

The OnlyFans star, who recently sparked criticism for admitting she wants a ‘super super rich’ husband, revealed the dish was invented by her mother and comes together in ‘only as long as it takes for the pasta to cook’ in a video posted last month.

Addressing her 7.2 million followers, the TikTok influencer said the dish only requires a handful of ingredients – including garlic-whipped yoghurt, paprika butter, minced meat, freshly boiled noodles and any salad veggies you have lying around.

In the clip that currently has nearly 13 million views, she shared: ‘This is mama’s Turkish pasta and I’m gonna show you how to make it because it’s really, really easy.’

For the recipe, Anna’s mother adds the mince to a pan and cooks it off in its own fat, before adding curry powder ‘because she thinks it gets rid of that weird meat flavour’.

The meat is then seasoned with a generous heaping of black pepper, onion powder, sweet paprika and salt.

Anna’s mother also adds some diced brown onions to the pan before allowing everything to cook together until the meat is ‘crispy’.

Next, she prepares what anna describes as ‘the most important part’ of the dish – a garlicky yoghurt sauce that requires Greek yoghurt, three cloves of minced garlic, and salt.

Anna’s mother also whips up a spicy sauce by melting butter and then stirring paprika through it.

According to Anna’s mother, the dish is completed when all these ingredients are combined with the hot pasta and then topped with vegetables like baby tomatoes and fresh parsley.

Since posting the video, the recipe has blown up on social media – with dozens of users recreating it in their own kitchens.

Those who have tried the popular TikTok recipe have praised it as delicious, with several people admitting they have become ‘addicted’ to it and cooked it several nights in a row.

One user said: ‘See why this is viral OMGGG, Anna Paul’s mums Turkish pasta so fresh and yummy.’

Another revealed the dish was ‘easily a 10 out of 10’, adding that it had become a staple weeknight dinner.

Others hailed its use of ‘fresh and delicious’ ingredients, with some fitness influencers expressing their approval for the protein-packed dish.

In a follow-up video, Anna shared a clip of her mother preparing the delicious dinner before sitting down to enjoy the meal.

‘Most people are obsessed with this,’ she noted. ‘I had people tell me they’ve made this every single day for a week because they love it so much and I don’t blame them.’

‘The speed at which I eat this should be studied, it’s a hazard for my throat,’ she continued.

‘And you guys love this, I’m so happy that you love this. You know everyday I get tagged in I think 30 to 40 stories of people making this every single day.’

During the clip, Anna’s mother also suggested that the dish could be made vegetarian by ‘adding lentils’.

Anna’s recent post comes days after the German-born Australian vlogger hosted the TikTok awards in Australia last weekend.

During the event, Anna left one reporter stunned when she joked about wanting to marry someone ‘who’s super super super rich’ – though the moment attracted fierce criticism after it was posted on social media

Shortly after, Anna defended in the comments section, insisting she was just ‘nervous’.

She confessed: ‘Guys I was so so nervous and didn’t know what to say on the spot.

‘I’m nervous laughing to try to move past the question cause I didn’t know what to say on the spot like that.’

At the TikTok Awards in Sydney, Anna ensured all eyes were on her as she led the arrivals in a glittering floor-length dress, adorned with intricate embroidery and a thigh-high split.

No stranger to showing off her designer wardrobe, the show-stopping custom frock, designed by Kylie Jenner’s Khy label, retails for $340 (around £267).

The internet superstar, who has more than seven million TikTok followers, kept her accessories to a minimum for the star-studded night, simply adding an array of dainty bracelets.

Anna has never publicly disclosed her total net worth, although it was estimated to be about $10 million (£7.8 million) at the end of 2024.

As well as monetising her TikTok content, Anna reportedly makes up to $220,000 a month from Only Fans, charging followers $9.99 per month for premium content.

Anna started her OnlyFans account at the age of 18 after carving out a reputation for herself as an influencer when she was a teenager.

She now has a cumulative 9.6 million followers across her social media platforms and her vlogs have documented her transformation from a ‘broke’ schoolgirl to a wealthy content creator and skincare entrepreneur.
