A two-bed house on the market has been mocked as it’s listed for only £95,000, because it’s full of spare car parts.

The house in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, has left prospective buyers puzzled after pictures of the inside show spare tyres scattered around.

While the property appears smart from the outside, painted light blue, the seating in the living room appears to comprise of old car seats.

An orange car jack is seen on the ground and stacks of tyres appear in the photos.

Strangely, the listing makes no mention of the odd choice of decor, but the motor-loving tenant pays £500 to stay in it at the moment and wants to stay on.

The end-of-terrace house – listed for £95,000 – has bedrooms which are fairly decent sizes but need new carpets and a lick of paint.

The bathroom also needs some TLC including replacement flooring.

But in the lounge, there are two tall stacks of car tyres, with one in front of the sofa and another propped up against a sideboard.

Two old back seats from a motor also provide extra places to sit in the lounge.

An orange car jack is also seen on the ground and three more spare tyres in the kitchen by the sink.

One potential buyer joked: ‘I can definitely see this new interior design concept catching on.

‘Car tyres artfully scattered throughout, even gracing the kitchen, and car seats repurposed as chic sofas.

‘This truly is peak comfort and style.’

The description of the house reads: ‘This property has a very simplistic, spacious open design and high ceilings throughout.

‘With a side entrance to enter there is a large living/reception room to begin with, complete with large bay windows allowing lots of natural light into the room.

‘Next is a great-sized kitchen with a tiled floor, and a modern finish at the rear of the property.

‘A central staircase leads to the first floor where there is first the large master bedroom, a wonderfully sized room, complete with bay windows and offering copious amounts of space.

‘There is a spare room which is of a good size offering plenty of liveability with its own large windows looking over the side of the property.

‘Lastly, there is a large house bathroom complete with a toilet, sink, bath and shower.

‘There is a small enclosed space running around the front and side of the property allowing a variety of uses.

‘There is on-street parking surrounding both sides of the property.

‘The property would benefit from some updating but offers all the desirable aspects of being a great investment/project opportunity.

‘It will not be around for long.

‘This property is tenanted on a £500 pcm rolling tenancy agreement.’
