The Alabama death row inmate who raped and murdered a five-year-old girl has demanded that prison officials carry out his execution immediately, as prosecutors look to fast–track his case ahead of others who have waited for decades.

Jeremy Tremaine Williams, 41, was convicted of killing Kamarie Holland in December 2021 after her body was found in his duplex in Phenix City, about three hours southeast of Birmingham.

The little girl’s naked body was found in Williams’ basement with a rope around her neck, obscured by a car tarp.

Williams told investigators he had smoked meth and forced Kamarie to also consume the dangerous drug before sexually abusing her for more than an hour, according to AL.com.

He subsequently strangled her to death in what he described as a ‘very rageful and sexually driven’ attack.

Last Friday, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals upheld Williams’ conviction and death sentence. He has fired his attorneys in his search for a quick execution.

‘I am doing everything I can to move this along to the end,’ Russell County District Attorney Rick Chancey said.

Williams’ case will now go to the Alabama Supreme Court for a writ of execution and then to state Gov. Kay Ivey to set an execution date, though that could take weeks, months or years.

Williams is currently being held on death row at Holman Correctional Facility in Atmore, which is the only facility in Alabama to carry out executions.

He has prevented his attorneys from presenting any evidence that could have spared his life.

However, his conviction and death sentence still had to undergo an automatic appeals review.

Williams took photos and videos of him raping Kamarie before and after her death, according to prosecutors.

The convicted murderer said he had choked Kamarie for roughly 15 minutes, even getting so tired at one point that he let go of the helpless girl.

Once he realized she was still breathing, he started choking her again until she died.

Williams was identified in the footage he filmed when he dropped his phone, causing the camera to flip around and show him.

Investigators found six videos of Williams sexually assaulting Kamarie.

The search for Kamarie began on December 13, 2021, when her mother Kristy Marie Siple, also known as Kristy Hoskins, called 911 to report her missing.

Williams and Siple had a sexual relationship, according to court records. She sometimes left her children to be taken care of by Williams while out on her shifts as a sex worker.

Investigators went to Williams’ duplex in Phenix City and found the missing little girl.

County Sheriff’s Office investigator Brad Evans described the grisly scene during court proceedings: ‘I saw a 5–year–old little girl in rigor mortis, legs up and spread, ligature marks around her wrists, around her throat, bruising on the face, bleeding from the vagina and anus.’

Investigators later found out that Siple, Kamarie’s mother, had agreed to let Williams rape her daughter in exchange for money.

She initially agreed on a price of $2,500 but the amount was whittled down to $1,300 after negotiations.

Siple was charged about three weeks later with murder during a kidnapping, murder during rape, murder during sodomy and human trafficking.

She was sentenced to 20 years in prison in March 2024 after pleading guilty to sex trafficking, with the murder charge dismissed as part of her agreement.

Siple also agreed to testify against Williams as part of the plea, though she was not called as a witness during his trial.

When he was arrested for Kamarie’s murder, Williams had long been a suspect in the death of his newborn daughter in Alaska.

He had never been charged but the case was reopened following Kamarie’s murder, causing Williams to get indicted.

Williams told investigators he had sexually abused his daughter in Alaska and admitted to also assaulting others, but claimed he did not remember their names.

He had previously been charged with sexual abuse in Phenix City in 2009 and acquitted by a jury three years later.

Chancey, the Russell County DA, said he hoped Williams’ execution would arrive ‘sooner than later.’

‘This is a terrible human being, and he did a tremendous amount of damage over the years,’ he said.

He added that Williams’ death would be ‘punishment and justice for families going back to Alaska, especially what this little five–year–old girl went through here in Phenix City.’

Chancey called Williams’ crimes ‘one of the most horrific things I’ve ever seen.’

‘You do that to children and there’s no hope for you,’ he added.

The Daily Mail has reached out to the Russell County District Attorney’s office for further comment.
