Two grieving sisters left a severed pig’s head on a man’s car after accusing him of killing their father, a court heard.

Mercedes Green, 20, and Tuesday Green, 36, allegedly stalked Andrew Carroll at his flat in West Hampstead, between October and December 2025, after blaming him for the death of their father John Green.

Mr Green – a window cleaner who lived in West Hampstead for decades – died a few days before his 65th birthday outside the overground station on October 17, 2025 from a suspected heart attack.

Mercedes and Tuesday Green denied one charge of stalking causing fear of violence to Mr Carroll when they appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.

Prosecutor Annabel Allum alleged there were seven incidents over two months, adding: ‘It escalated from photos, to the wreath, then a severed pig’s head on the vehicle’.

The Greens allegedly sent a card to Mr Carroll on November 5 that said: ‘Murderer he is dead because of you. You didn’t just drug him. You killed him. How do you sleep at night? You are a vile human being. It should have been you who died.’

St Pancras Coroner’s Court confirmed at Mr Green’s inquest in March that he passed away from ‘natural causes’.

It attributed the death to ischaemic heart disease – heart damage caused by narrowed heart arteries that restricts blood flow and oxygen – and cardiomegaly – where the heart is enlarged, usually due to an underlying medical condition.

Her sister Tuesday Green, 36, has also been accused of stalking, with the pair allegedly leaving a severed pig’s head on the car of a man they said killed their father

The Green sisters, of Gough Street, Clerkenwell, then allegedly threw a brick through the £350 window of a ground floor flat owned by Mr Carroll’s neighbour the next day.

The daughters then sent 64 photos of Mr Green to Mr Carroll, taken from the local newspaper obituary, on November 12, it was said.

They sent a wreath along with ‘Never forget’ written on a card addressed to Mr Carroll on November 22, the court heard.

The Greens allegedly left the severed pig’s head on Mr Carroll’s car outside his flat on December 3.

Tuesday Green also denied making threats to kill Mr Carroll on November 24.

The Greens were released on bail with conditions not to contact Mr Carroll or attend his flat ahead of their plea and trial preparation hearing at Wood Green Crown Court on October 13.

The Green sisters, of Gough Street, Clerkenwell, both deny one count of stalking causing fear of violence.
