Jack Osbourne revealed the brutal side effects of his weight loss while in the I’m A Celebrity jungle after being left in agony amid ‘malnutrition’ fears. 

The 40-year-old – who shot to fame on his family’s MTV reality TV show The Osbournes in 2002 – appeared on the Monday’s episode of the ITV2’s prgramme I’m a Celebrity… Unpacked to answer some viewer’s questions. 

Jack confessed that he would smuggle in a camping chair because he and his co-stars cannot bear to sit on the hard logs anymore due to having ‘chafed a****’ from shifting the pounds.

One viewer asked: ‘If you could sneak one thing into camp, what would it be?’  

Jack said: ‘I think I would probably sneak in a really comfy camping chair.

‘Although it would be next to impossible to sneak in because the logs are so uncomfortable, and as we’re all losing weight, we have no a***.

‘And so we all just have bruised, chafed a**** from sitting on the logs.’

The star also revealed his ‘stomach muscles hurt’ due to not eating enough.

Another viewer called Paige asked him what his ‘best memory’ has been so far, to which Jack said: ‘I think my best memory probably will be just laughing. Like I’ve laughed so much.

‘My stomach muscles hurt, but that could also be malnutrition.’

Earlier on in the series Jack clashed with Loose Women star Kelly Brook, 46, over the cooking – but despite the ‘feud’, he has said that he gets on with everyone.

‘Which campmate would fit in most with The Osbourne family?’ another viewer asked.

Jack confessed: ‘The funny thing is, I think the reason why I get on with everyone is that there’s elements of everyone that I just feel familiar and comfortable.’

‘So there really isn’t anyone that wouldn’t be able to slide in on a Christmas dinner and have a problem.’

So that means that any of the famous faces could join Sharon Osbourne, 73, sister Kelly, 41 and the rest of the family for festive celebrations.

The comments come after Kelly sparked concern among I’m A Celebrity fans after they noticed a worrying change in her appearance – just days after her campmate Lisa Riley caused panic too.

During Friday’s episode of the ITV show, many viewers took to social media to point out something on the former glamour model’s neck. 

While Kelly was talking in the Bush Telegraph, as well as chatting to Vogue Williams, 40, and Lisa, 49, about her role as camp chef, some red marks were very visible on her neckline above her t-shirt. 

However the star hasn’t addressed them at any point.  

Many rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their concern over Kelly’s neck and speculate about what could be wrong.

Then on Sunday’s episode, others pointed out that rapper Aitch – real name Harrison James Armstrong – also had some a mark on his too.

Lisa Riley sparked concern on Thursday evening after they noticed an equally surprising change in her appearance.

During the latest episode, the Emmerdale actress, 49, appeared to have a swollen and reddened left eye, though she made no mention of any discomfort while taking part in the hit ITV show.

After noticing the sudden change in her appearance, fans flocked to X, formerly Twitter, to express their concern. 

One viewer wrote: ‘What’s wrong with Lisa’s face? Has she been bit by something. Her under eyes look sore.’; 

Another asked: ‘Any else noticed Lisa’s eye looks swollen?’; 

‘What has happened to Lisa, has she been bitten just below her eye?’, while another added: ‘Guys, I am worried about Lisa, the bugs have really got her.’

While a fifth said: ‘Is Lisa alright? Looks like she’s got a shiner.’ 

It is not known whether Lisa sought medical attention in camp, however, all campmates are monitored closely by the show’s medical team. 

Later in the episode, Vogue and Tom Read Wilson finally entered the I’m A Celeb camp. 

Arriving as Bush Camp Chiefs, they were given the task to designate camp roles amongst the contestants.

After much deliberation, they settled on Kelly and Martin Kemp as camp chefs, Ruby Wax and Lisa Riley on washing up, Eddie Kadi and Ginge on water and Aitch and Alex Scott on wood. 

Tom and Vogue also chose four badge winners, Kelly, Lisa, Ginge and Jack Osbourne, who were treated to a marshmallow and hot chocolate-filled campfire at Snake Rock. 

Trying to keep morale up back at main camp, Aitch exclaimed: ‘We don’t need no badge.’ 

Following their arrival, Lisa gave Vogue and Tom a tour of the camp as she warmly welcomed them in.

Finally, Ant and Dec returned to camp to tell the celebrities who will next be facing the Bushtucker Trial on Friday night. 

And this time, the public had decided it would be Alex and Jack to take on the next challenge.
