- READ MORE: Brand is accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse
Russell Brand told Jimmy Savile he would bring along a naked female personal assistant who would give him a massage when they met.
The comedian today has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse of four women during the peak of his fame in a joint investigation by The Times and Channel 4 Dispatches.
The allegations – fervently denied by Brand – are claimed to have taken place between 2006 and 2013, while he was a presenter for BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4 before then becoming a star in Hollywood.
Among the explosive revelations reported by The Times, the paper notes a live telephone call with the late, disgraced Jim’ll Fix It presenter which aired on Brand’s radio show in May 2007.
When Brand asks if he will meet him, Savile says: ‘If you have got a sister you could meet me by bringing her along. I don’t usually meet fellas but if you have got a sister then that’s okay.’

Savile, a prolific child abuser, joined a live call with Brand in 2007 to discuss their meeting. This was before his crimes were made public
In response, Brand says: ‘Well I haven’t got a sister but I have got a personal assistant and part of her job description is that anyone I demand she greet, meet, massages, she has to do it.
‘She’s very attractive, Jimmy. Would you like her to wear anything in particular Jimmy?’
Savile replies that he would ‘prefer her to wear nothing’, to which Brand jokes ‘that will not be a problem’ and ‘there’s nothing wrong with that’.
At this point, details had not yet emerged of the prolific child abuse committed by Savile.
Five years after his death in 2011 it was revealed that the presenter, who was one of Britain’s biggest television stars, molested at least 72 children, some as young as eight, over a four-decade campaign of abuse.
In his final years there was growing speculation about his illegal exploits, but the extent of his abuse did not come to light until after his death.
Brand, who famously hosted series including Channel 4’s Big Brother’s Big Mouth and a BBC Radio 2 show, found himself shrouded in controversy in 2013 after joking about Savile’s exploits on The Jonathan Ross Show.
Speaking about the Scotland Yard inquiry into Savile’s sexual abuse, Brand joked: ‘Can we just talk a while about how everyone from the 70s was a nonce? What’s f****** going on? I was sat there watching telly and everyone’s a nonce.’
Savile’s horrific reign of abuse dated back to 1959 when he raped a 13-year-old girl, before attacks followed ‘in the corridors, canteens, staircases and dressing rooms of every BBC premises’.
Other vile crimes exposed included the rape of both a virgin teenager in a hotel and a 15-year-old work experience girl he met in the BBC canteen over a cup of tea.
Twenty one of Savile’s female victims were aged 15 or younger, the youngest being eight, while young boys – including an eight-year-old – were also preyed on.
The revelations about Brand come ahead of a much-anticipated Channel 4 Dispatches investigation, Russell Brand: In Plain Sight set to air at 9pm tonight.
