‘I love putting this in my coffee at the start of the day to get 14 grams of protein instantly, it fills you up until lunch and it tastes amazing,’ she explained.

Alex then revealed her favorite protein sources.

‘Next up, are my three favorite protein sources: eggs, chicken and cottage cheese.

‘I always add cottage cheese into my eggs for a little extra protein.

‘I eat the same assortment of food on a weekly basis because that’s what’s best for your body when you’re trying to lose weight,’ she explained.

Lastly, Alex gushed over lemons – adding that they became her ‘best friend.’

‘Lemons became my best friend, [they] are a natural diuretic, high in vitamin C, aid in the detox of the liver, and high in soluble fiber,’ she said at the end of the clip.
